Yes. Helen Jewels offers free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days in transit (6–9 business days total).

Our cutoff is 7:00 PM CST. Orders placed later begin processing the following business day.

Orders may be delivered by USPS, UPS or FedEx. When your jewelry ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Approved returns are free; we’ll provide a prepaid label.

Email info@helenjewels.com with your order number and reason. Customer Care will provide authorization and instructions.

Approved refunds go to your original payment method; allow up to 7 business days after processing. Exchanges may be possible subject to availability; email info@helenjewels.com for help.
